AdviceStore was founded in 2016 with a simple idea: to create an online shop able to combine the advantages of e-commerce (a secure platform, competitive prices and a wide product range) with the value of a trusted local shop: help with your purchase, advice from people who truly know what they sell, and support that is always available.
Our philosophy
We believe that buying online shouldn’t mean giving up the right advice. That’s why we pair every product with all the information you need to buy with full awareness, and our qualified staff are available, by email and phone, to help you choose the item best suited to your needs, tastes and interests.
We have optimised our running and infrastructure costs to offer you competitive prices even compared to the large marketplaces, choosing to sell only the products where we can genuinely be the best choice on the Italian market. We have no physical stores: we work exclusively online, and that is exactly where we focus all our energy.
From educational toys to the world of puzzles
We started in 2016 selling educational toys, but over the years we specialised in a field that became our true passion: jigsaw puzzles. The first brand we carried was Schmidt, in 2016, and over time AdviceStore became a point of reference for puzzle enthusiasts.
A growing community
Since 2020 we have created and managed several communities for enthusiasts:

- Schmidt Puzzle Italia
- Puzzle Italia by Jucari
Also in 2020 we launched jucari.it, our blog dedicated to the world of puzzles, to explore and share this wonderful hobby.
Tournaments and the Italian Puzzle Association
In 2022 we launched our first online tournaments. Our strong partnership with Schmidt and Ravensburger allows us to offer extraordinary prizes and, in 2025, together with Bluebird, we created a puzzle dedicated to the online tournament.
Also in 2025 the founder of the store became co-founder of the Italian Puzzle Association (Associazione Italiana Puzzle), with the goal of bringing live tournaments to the whole of Italy. In 2026 ojpc.eu was born, the reference portal for online puzzle tournaments in Italy.
Today
In July 2026 the new AdviceStore.it was launched: a completely renewed online shop that brings together ten years of experience to offer you the best service for purchases dedicated to your hobby.
Our main goal remains the same as on day one: the complete satisfaction of our customers.
