Home delivery in 24/48h. No surcharge for Sicily and Sardinia: the ideal choice for shipments to the major islands.
UPS
Home delivery in 24/48h for Italy and for all international shipments to the European countries served.
DPD
European courier of the Geopost/BRT group. Available for international shipments to most EU countries.

Orders are shipped on the working day following payment confirmation.
Yes, you receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier.
The courier makes up to 2 delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt the parcel is held for 3-5 working days, then returned to the sender. We recommend choosing collection at a pickup point (BRT FermoPoint or Punto Poste) if you are rarely available during the day.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@advicestore.it stating your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped we can modify it. Once handed over to the courier it is no longer possible to change the address.
No. Livigno and Campione d'Italia are extra-customs areas to which it is not possible to ship.
At the moment we serve Italy and 24 European countries. See the zones table above for the countries served. Some destinations (Norway, Switzerland, Malta, Cyprus, non-EU islands) are not currently reachable.
